Important notices for the ROBO Master (Pro)
When the "Purchase Online" on the ROBO Master or the ROBO Master Pro software is used for getting the design from the Silhouette online store, some design file may not be downloaded or it can not be opened in the software.
1. Updating the ROBO Master or ROBO Master Pro
The software update program for the ROBO Master is available for fixing the download issue. Please install the software update program before the "Purchase Online" function is used.
The update program and the instruction of installation are packed in one file. Please download it using the following button.

2. Type of design file
Some of the design files in the Silhouette Online Store are not supported in the ROBO Master or the ROBO Master Pro. When unsupported design file is selected, the following message is displayed. Please do not purchase this design.
When this message is displayed, this design file is not supported with the ROBO Master or the ROBO Master Pro. This design file can not be opened in the software.
