Network User Utility download
We have confirmed that there is a problem with Windows 11 that prevents connection to the scanner when connected over a LAN. Please refer to the problem description and workaround.
→ This problem has been fixed in Windows 11 “22H2”. Please upgrade your Windows 11 to “22H2”.
Software License Agreement

We will be deemed that the customer has to agree to the terms and conditions of the license agreement when the software had been downloaded by the customer.
