Thank you very much for your continued use of our products.
We would like to inform you that Graphtec is ending support for following three software on October 31, 2024.
- Graphtec Pro Studio
- Graphtec Pro Studio Plus
- Cutting Master 4
As of November 1, 2024, please use Graphtec Studio 2 and Cutting Master 5 instead. Both software are already available free of charge from this website. We would recommend switching to them as soon as possible. Thank you for your kind understanding.

How to use data created in Graphtec Pro Studio / Plus in Graphtec Studio 2
In order to use Graphtec Pro Studio / Plus data in Graphtec Studio 2, the data file are necessary to be converted to PDF.
*In Graphtec Studio 2 (Ver. 1.4.65), we have confirmed a problem in which PDF files exported from Graphtec Pro Studio / Plus that contain registration marks are not recognized as data with registration marks. This issue is to be fixed in the next update scheduled in October 2024.

A. CE8000 Series does not support Graphtec Pro Studio / Plus and Cutting Master 4. Please use Graphtec Studio 2 and Cutting Master 5 instead.
Q. Can I newly activate Graphtec Pro Studio / Plus and Cutting Master 4 after their support is terminated?
A. After the end of software support, please use Graphtec Studio 2 and Cutting Master 5 instead.
Q. Are Activation Code still available after the termination of software support?
A. Graphtec Pro Studio / Plus are activated under the license agreement between the user and SA International (SAi). Graphtec cannot guarantee the availability. Please use Graphtec Studio 2 instead.
Q. My computer on which Graphtec Pro Studio / Plus was installed has broken down after the end of the software support period (as of November 1, 2024). Can I activate Graphtec Pro Studio / Plus again with my new computer?
A. We are afraid that the activation code linked to your old computer cannot be deactivated after the end of software support. Please use Graphtec Studio 2 instead.
Q. Will support for Graphtec Pro Studio Plus for Auto Nesting and Graphtec Pro Studio Plus for Rhinestone end on October 31, 2024?
A. Yes, support for both versions will also end on October 31, 2024. Please use Graphtec Studio 2 instead on or after November 1, 2024.
Q. Can I send the cutting data to cutting plotters from Graphtec Pro Studio / Plus and Cutting Master 4 after their support is terminated?
A. Please use Graphtec Studio 2 and Cutting Master 5 instead after the termination of support.
Q. Can I use Adobe Illustrator and CorelDRAW with Cutting Master 4 after its support is terminated?
A. Please use Cutting Master 5 instead. Cutting Master 4 can be used with Adobe Illustrator 2024 and CorelDRAW 2024 but will no longer be updated to support later versions.
Q. Will the bugs in Graphtec Pro Studio / Plus and Cutting Master 4 be fixed after their support is terminated?
A. Bugs will not be fixed after the termination of support. Please use Graphtec Studio 2 and Cutting Master 5 instead.
